She handles every little detail and you never have to ask her for anything twice. She is very thoughtful and has connections with every handyman, laborer, closing attorney etc that you could possibly need. She got us a great price on our home and helped us get through everything after the inspector asked for way more than we bargained for. If you need a real estate broker, she's definitely the one.

  We connected with Jill in fall 2020 with questions about one of her listings. We made a few offers, and in December 2021, got into contract on a home that had been listed for a few weeks. Jill was very helpful in getting some information about the listing, including that the sellers needed to sell because they were moving out of the country. The sellers asked for a closing in less than 30 days and over the holidays, and we probably wouldn’t have been able to get that done if not for Jill. She was very knowledgeable about inspections, local town permits, etc and really helped push the process along. She was always very responsive, even checking on us on the walkthrough/closing day despite being at a family commitment and arranging for someone else from her office to be there. We are thrilled with our house and the price in this crazy market and felt we were in great hands with Jill.
