Jill lives in Maplewood, NJ with her two daughters. Jill is a longtime Essex County resident and has lived here for over twenty years. Jill began her real estate career 12 years ago and prior to that was a Copywriter at various Advertising agencies in NYC. Jill’s strong business background in marketing made it quite seamless to parlay her advertising and public relations experience and client service background into the real estate world. In addition to being a Top Agent Jill still finds time to write. Jill’s first book, The Optimist’s Guide to Divorce, was published by Workman in 2017. Jill is active in her community and in 2013 started a local divorce support group, Power of One Single Mother’s Network-which has grown to over 330 members! Jill joined The South Orange Elks Club in 2019 and is also a member of FemCity, SOMA COLAB and Boss Networking groups.
Jill enjoys working with Buyers and Sellers alike. First-Time Buyers have come to appreciate Jill’s in-depth knowledge, patience, attention to detail, warmth, and friendliness that helps them feel empowered during their home search and connected in their new communities after they move in. Jill has found the sales or listing side of the business to be very similar to her advertising days. She looks for the “USP” (Unique Selling Proposition) of each home and bases her marketing strategy around each home’s unique appeal. Jill has the experience of twelve years on the top sales team and is a confident negotiator, a tireless advocate for her clients, and a go-getter who has learned how to get her clients to the closing table. Jill’s client philosophy is simple. She simply treats her clients the way she would like to be treated if she were in their shoes.
