We made a few offers, and in December 2021, got into contract on a home that had been listed for a few weeks. Jill was very helpful in getting some information about the listing, including that the sellers needed to sell because they were moving out of the country. The sellers asked for a closing in less than 30 days and over the holidays, and we probably wouldn’t have been able to get that done if not for Jill. She was very knowledgeable about inspections, local town permits, etc and really helped push the process along. She was always very responsive, even checking on us on the walkthrough/closing day despite being at a family commitment and arranging for someone else from her office to be there. We are thrilled with our house and the price in this crazy market and felt we were in great hands with Jill.
